A media team will take care of the updates for the website & a special officer, social media, has been created. The social media profiles will provide info about his programmes, speeches & updates about the govt programmes & others.
Salman Khan has launched the mobile game based on the upcoming movie “Kick”. Bollywood has embraced the concept of mobile games for movies which help movies & its stars to connect easily with the audience. Salman’s new movie Kick has generated a lot of interest in the social media & online world & this will be further supplemented by the mobile game.
In the game, the player takes on the role of ‘Devil’ and embarks on a journey of robbing the rich, corrupt & depositing the money in bank for charitable activities. The mobile game has been developed by Disney India for both feature phones & smartphones. This will be available on Android, Windows & iOS. The games provide an interactive experience for the audience & helps increase the visibility of the movie.
Banks are embracing digital technologies & social media to cater to the Gen Y generation. Recently Kotak Mahindra bank launched Kotak social banking where one can open an account through Facebook & also conduct future transactions using twitter. Now SBI has launched SBI INTOUCH, which are digital branches, located in Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, bangalore & other cities. SBI in association with Accenture has launched these branches. Right from opening an account, debit cards, loans, MF’s & other banking services are available. These branches will function from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week. The New Delhi branch was recently inaugurated by FM Arun Jaitley.
